IPCAA has a new executive team and so we thought it about time to give IPCAA News a brand new look.

The updated appearance of our newsletter reflects the previous redesign of our website (www.ipcaa.org) and we hope this “fresh” look will appeal to readers - please feel free to let us have your opinions and comments.
